I've been unhappy with my body for as long as I can remember, and have lost weight before (using both healthy and unhealthy methods) but always end up gaining the weight back. This time I am going to BE HEALTHY and keep it off.

Thigh Progression. September 14th - November 14th
For the last few weeks I was a little sulky because I haven’t dropped any weight. Today I realize I am at the point where I don’t have to obsess over this. The pounds have not dropped in a few months but my body has still continued to transform: My rings are being worn on a different finger, I wear skinny jeans now, my bra size has shrunk, my face looks thinner and my wrists look feminine.
Both pictures were taken during my weight loss journey. I had some breaks during this time, so it took me a bit longer to get this far (70kg/155lbs). 10kg/23lbs to go! I started on January 9th (82kg/181lbs) and lost the weight by eating healthy and workout (swimming, jogging, 30 day shred, Zumba,..)

Weight loss and muscle definition, I’ll take it! I’m 5’9 (5’10 on a good day, haha) and in March I was at my lifetime highest. Around July I started watching what I ate (bye-bye $5 burritos) and hitting the gym regularly. Still working to lose some more body fat and of course; I want some abs. :) Up for new Tumblr friends and I’m also a shameless advocate for MFP and my new love of Fitbit.
